Skrewball Presents: Boozy Baking

If you keep up with Skrewball on social media at all, you may have noticed that we like to experiment with Skrewball in the kitchen, baking more specifically! While we mainly highlight Skrewball’s versatility in terms of mixology, we have found it to be equally as versatile in some of our favorite recipes as well. Now, persuading your grandmother to add some peanut butter whiskey into her beloved family recipes may take some initial convincing. But if you pull it off, you just found grandma her new favorite secret ingredient! 😉🥃 Get the 411 on Skrewball Boozy Baking with a few of our recipes below. 🍰

Skrewball Peanut Butter Pie

First up at our boozy bakeshop is a Skrewball Peanut Butter Pie. 🤤 Unlike the other recipes on our list, there is no baking necessary for this delicious creation, (which makes it even better in our opinion). No-bake pies call for less time worrying about burning your precious dessert and more time actually enjoying the skrews of your labor, which is what it’s all about in the end anyways! Given that our Skrewball Peanut Butter Pie crust is made from scratch using cookie sandwiches, the making of the crust will require you to flash bake it in the oven. With that being said, the homemade cookie crust is both completely optional and comes highly recommended for maximum deliciousness!✨

🥧 RECIPE:

  • 24 Cookie sandwiches
  • 5 tbsp. Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 ⅓ cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 ¼ cup Heavy whipping cream (chilled)

  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter (room temp.)
  • 3 tbsp. Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey

  • Combine with 1/2 the whipping cream mixture & pour evenly into cookie crust
  • Cover & refrigerate for 6 hrs.
  • Add remaining whipped cream mixture on top before serving
  • Top with peanut butter cups, peanuts and a chocolate drizzle (optional)
