Even adults deserve a little fun during Halloween! Which means, it’s time to make some alcoholic shots with peanut butter whiskey. The best part? All of these recipes taste like candy bars!
These shots are reminiscent of our favorite candy bars including Butterfinger, Snickers, peanut M&M’s, and more. This is a perfect solution to use up leftover Halloween candy. Many of the recipes can be garnished with the candy to add a beautiful presentation and, of course, a delicious (sugary) taste.
If you feel like being festive and need some Halloween party ideas, these shots would be easy to make in bulk and serve at your party. This is a fun way for adults to indulge in sweet treats, just like the kids.

There are a few key ingredients you’ll need to make all of these Halloween shots:
Skrewball peanut butter whiskey: Skrewball is the perfect ingredient to highlight the rich, peanut-flavored taste in these candy bars.
Butterscotch liqueur: Feel free to use butterscotch liqueur or schnapps.
Caramel vodka: Many of the candy bars have caramel in them. Caramel vodka is a great option to recreate this flavor in a drink.
Créme de cacao (dark): Make sure to use dark créme de cacao instead of light. It tends to have a deeper flavor that more resembles chocolate.
Simple syrup: Simple syrup helps add a touch of sweetness to recreate that classic Halloween candy taste.
Sea salt: Sea salt may seem like an unusual ingredient. However, it helps bring out a rich and delicious flavor that, believe it or not, tastes like a bite of candy bar!
To make these Halloween shots, simply fill a shaker with ice, add all the liquid ingredients, then shake until the mixture is cooled (about 30 seconds). Finally, strain into a shot glass and garnish!

¾ ounce caramel vodka
½ ounce butterscotch liqueur
½ ounce Skrewball peanut butter whiskey
¼ ounce créme de cacao (dark)
Pinch of fine sea salt

Baby Ruth:
½ ounce caramel vodka
